This is open to anyone in the World. 

Trophies

All athletes from 1st to 3rd place will receive a medal. 

The winner of the Male and Female Adult (18-35 years) Professional and Advanced Absolute Class will receive a Championbelt.

The "Best Team" (Affiliation) will receive Trophies for 1st to 3rd Place. Every athlete scores with his medal for his affiliation:

1st Place = 5 points

2nd place = 3 points

3rd place = 1 point

Fight Time

ALL Minors and Masters will fight 5 Minutes in all matches (preliminary and finals).

Adults will fight according to the times of their experience level:

1. Beginner: 5 minutes preliminary, 6 minutes finals

2. Intermediate, Advanced and Professionals: 6 minutes preliminary, 8 minutes finals

Which division should you enter?

Beginner: Less than 2yrs training in BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo etc. + No Professional MMA fights

Intermediate: 2yrs-4yrs training & no major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc. or competed in any professional MMA fights

Advanced: 5yrs+ training & no major/top level medals in Grappling, Wrestling, Sambo etc. or competed in any professional MMA fights

Professional: 5yrs+ training

Once you have competed at a level, you cannot move back to a lower level.

Which Age Group should you enter? 

Enter the age group that you will be ON THE DAY of the tournament.

09:30 - 09:45: Rules Meeting. Coaches are responsible for being present at this time on Mat 2 in the arena

10:00 : First bouts begin on all mats

Coaches

0-4 competitors: 1 coach pass

5-9 competitors: 2 coach pass

10-14 competitors: 3 coach passes and so forth.

Only coaches and fighters are allowed to enter the weight-in. No exceptions! Teams will get coach passes as they are listed and registered for this competition. No changes can be made (Team/Affiliation) after Late Registraion is closed.

Smoothcomp

1. We organize our event with Smoothcomp and we ask all coaches and fighters to check their times in the event schedule and mat schedule on Smoothcomp. When you are not weighed-in 15 minutes prior to your class starts the weight-in will be closed and you will be automatically disqualified.
2. After November 1st 2023 you cannot cancel your registration with any refund of competition fee.
3. When the schedule shows a sign "Go to Bull Penn" for your match you should move to the warm-up area right next to the fighting area.
4. When the schedule shows a sign "Be ready in Bull Penn" you must be in the warm-up area ready to step on the mat for your fight. You will be called only once to come to the mat for your fight and when you don't show up immediately you will be declared the looser of the match.
5. We will post a schedule of the event on Smoothcomp 2 days prior to the competition with all brackets released. We ask all fighters to come to the venue only for the weight-ins and to 30 minutes prior their Age- and Level- Classes start. We will have all minors under 18 years of age and all male adults over 45 years of age fight in the morning, followed by all Beginners Classes of Adults. We will after that proceed with the Intermediate Divisons and finally have all Professional Divisions in the late afternoon.
6. REFUND OF COMPETITION FEES: We offer a 100% refund of paid competition fees until September 1st  15:00 with no questions asked. We offer a 50% refund of paid competition fees until November 1st 15:00 with no questions asked. After November 1st we will NOT refund any competition fees for any reason. If a fighter get injured/sick and cannot compete due to illness/injury we grant a free start at one of our next ADCC Germany events. Please contact us only via E-Mail at [email protected] for this. We will answer all mails concerning a free start only after the end of this event. Messages via Social Networks or WhatsApp will NOT be considered in any way. 

Merging of classes/Only one competitor in a class

1. You can follow all registrations easily on Smoothcomp. When you have no opponent in your division you are free to move your registration to another class or age group. Registrations closes when we reach 450 competitors or on September  12th at 11:59 p.m. After the registration is closed you can not change your weightclass to find an opponent.
2. If you are alone in your age- and weight-class in your division we will move your registration by either one weight-class up/down or by one age group down (Masters adults only). Boys and girls under the age of 15 can be matched together in this case, too. If this is not possible you will stay in this weight-class and you will be awarded the Gold Medal in this group.
3. You have to weight-in in time within the limits of this weight-class. When you are over the weight-limit of this class you will be disqualified and will not get the Gold Medal in this class.
4. After having successfully weighed in in your weight-class and you are the only competitor you will receive the Gold Medal  when the first Award Ceremonies will be done after the Kids divisions have fought.

Not allowed on any ADCC events

Close outs: Teammates, friends, etc not having a real match if they meet in a bracket.

Sandbagging: Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group (masters signing up for adult is permitted). Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging.Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offense.
